My baby is 3 months old... He not pooped 5 days... But today he pooped but the poop is very bad smell...before days he passed gas very bad smell.. Is there any problem...

A. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok for Less than six month
