my 3months baby passing gas very bad smell and he not pooped till 1 week and poop also very bad smell

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's huumilk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of suchh symptoms .
