My baby is 3 months old can I introduce water to him?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. NO..! Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age, take care.
