start with mindful eating and not just reduce your intake as that would have an effect on the quality of the feed,

Mam it is actually not possible because if I suggest you to do a diet or something your breastfeeding will also reduce so best that you can do is that if you’ve had a normal delivery start doing basic workout like Surya Namaskar and yoga and eat mindful not anything and everything that you like then you should follow a healthy diet which will have been reducing the weight but will help in maintaining breastfeeding
