Consume more protein rich food,
Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in regular diet.
Fresh fruits, dairy products.
Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding.
Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon the baby is completely dependent on your milk for source of Nutrition then I would not recommend it to consume rice it is better to avoid having rice to the baby does not become 6 months old
