My baby is 3 month weight is 4.5 kg and height is 51cm is it fine??? He was LWB child preterm baby

A. hello dear Mom the weight of the child increases by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breastfeed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both breast
