my baby is 3 month old he is little inactive today slept most of the day. if we wakes up also he little cranky. he hasn't passed stool since yesterday. urine output is fine. should I be worried. he is farting which is smelly.

A. do not worry about this Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
