my baby is 3 month old and I have observed white spots on his face as winter starts.what should I apply on his face? till now I have been using Himalaya baby lotion.

A. apply coconut oil or Can apply some moisturiser. Don't use hars soap. maintain skin hygiene and offer a healthy diet is nessesary. it resolves itself spontaneously in a few months.. if not do Consult your paedritician first .
