my baby is 3 month 23 days old nd since from today morning he has done potty 3 to 4 times what's the reason

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterogerminahh probiotic 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days, but if the problem continues please consult doctor in case of fever and vomiting also
