My baby is 3 and half month old, if i eat pizza and cake will he get gases?

A. No if you eat every thing into moderation that want to eat Director Got going to be a problem if you over do anything then it is going to be the not going to be good for you all for your child either Saluja Saab to maintain all these things in a particular manner
