my baby is 3.9 years old.. she got cold and fever from morning... her temperature is 99deg but she is active... I use p 120 syrup... how much dose should be given

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello looks like the child is having low grade fever and you better give paracetamol once on every 6 hours or 8 hours for two days and if the child is still having fever then in such case it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
