my baby is 3.5 month old and he passes stool once in 2 to 3 days and he passes gas with bad smell and his stool is green in color also smells bad he is exclusively breastfeeding .i give him d3 and iron drops and caspa drops as doctor prescribed . is it normal?

A. hi. if ur chikd us taking feeds well, gainingcweight tgan it is fine. loom what you eat. yiu avoid gases producing food. n ct givibg caspa drops as per advice
