Q.

My baby passes watery stool 2-3 times a day and 1-2 times in normal form. It is green and yellow in color. Is this a concern?

A. if the urine count is good n your baby is taking proper meals n feeds than nothing to worry about it. look fir teething as well. also watch what you are feeding her

A. Her urine count is 4-5 times approx. and she eats better.
