well, according to advice of many pediatricians and gynecologists it is good for nursing mother to take it.
but on other hand , government of India is not recommending it but there are good number of studies which Suggest that lactating mothers can take it.
so the decision is yours
personally I advise you to visit your gynecologist for it.
