My baby is 28 days old he is getting tiny pimples on is faces. I don’t why ? Please suggest me hoe to reduce the pimples?

This is milia on the baby face.
It will disappear on its own within few weeks.
U can apply himalya calamine lotion on the face to get relief from pimples. Use good skin care products for ur baby like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free
