my baby is 24 days old. for the past 3 days he is always vomiting all the milk after every feed.

A. dear Mum, vomiting after feeding is normal and common among babies. you should burp baby after every feed preferably in sitting position. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps in reducing the chances of vomit.
