My baby is 21 months old since few days he only wants to eat sweet dish doesn't eat anything salty is that okk???

Well actually the child is craving for too much sweet that is not considered a healthy sign it could just be associated with deficiencies in the body but you have to have a license with Dr regarding that and they will confirm on the situation that is there
