My baby is 21 days old. He is not able to pass motion easily though the consistency of the stool is normal. He grunts and cries badly each time while passing stool. The baby is on top feeds-Isomil. He excretes after every meal and continues to grunt and cry loudly each time. what shall I do..??

A. It is very Normal but still for a proper condfirmation regarding this query you should consult with your doctor so that after a proper examination your doctor will give you the best guidance .
