my baby Is 21 days old and he is born with full facial hair and hair on ears , hands and spine and back...will this hair be removed naturally or should we remove using turmeric ? #Vaccination

better don't use anythings.
rest you can visit your paediatrician and consult him for same.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month
