my baby is 20month old last 8din se kuch kha nahi rahi hai uske pahle sab kha rahi thi jaise ki dal bhat khichdi upma sheera etc usko thoda sa Sardi cough hai ekdam mild kya reason ho sakta hai ki wo nhi kha rahi hai

A. my baby is 21month old her weight is only 7.4kg woh kuch bhi nahi khati hai maine variety of foods try kiye lekin nhi khati sirf dudh Pina chahti hai I am already consult with doctor de says she is fine her development was very good only weight is low I cannot understand what to do she is very fussy eater

A. zincovit syrup de sakte hai hbefor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
