Q.
My baby is 20 months old. He has high fever since last night 1.00 am . I gave him paracetamol 125mg 5ml dose.But fever is again high. what can i do please reply

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 20 months of age it is quite natural that baby may be having viral infection is the reason for fever generally it will take 3 to 4 days time to subside fever you can use medicines every 6 hourly

A fever lasts longer than 24 hours in a baby younger than 2 years old without any other symptoms. The fever rises above 104°F.
