A. I usually don't use medicines rather I use warm oil with few garlic cloves and Fenugreek seeds. It works for my baby

A. 20 days is too small age , so you must visit doctor first then any home remedy

A. if you not able to visit child specialist now, , you can give steam to him, which will help him out

A. You can give medicine to the child that’s going to be quite helpful in reducing the issue of cold along with that if you’re comfortable giving steam to the child that can also be given 3 to 4 times in the day indirectly which would be quite benefiting
