my baby is 2 yrs old ..she is very active and doing everything good.but she didnt poop good..she tries to control her poop by standing itself and she refuse to sit..i tried everything but she tries to control her poop very much..she has a constipation too..what can i do..please suggest me something.

A. it is common in this age. Tight stool are common at this age . You should give more of liquid like water and juices to baby along with green leafy vegetable and more fruits and fibrous diet .
