#asktheexpert My 2 month baby has constipation. He is on FM. What should I do? He cries a lot when he tries to poop.

A. I had Cesarean so Breast milk is not sufficient for him. That's why he is on FM. Can I take any medicine to increase breast milk?

A. you should not give formula milk as it is very harmful for the baby in the long run as only mother milk is the best nutrition for baby it s ok for a baby to not do potty daily as the diet is basically liquid as milk. So even if baby does not poop for 7 days it s all ok and should not be given any medicine at all
