#asktheexpert my child is mostly on fm,.. she did tight poo.. after doing poop she cries.. please help me to about food and timetable to follow...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. baby is 9 months old and the baby is having constipation issue you should avoid giving food which is causing constipation also give neopeptine drops and bonnisan drops to your baby it will be helpful

Hi Not give formula milk to the child you can start giving tone pasteurised milk as that would be better and if you want to continue with formula add a little bit of fennel seeds to the water that you boil for making formula that will provide food to the stomach apart from that give good amount of water and milk and fluids and fruits rich in vitamin C and leafy vegetables
