my baby is 2 yr 7 mnth old..he is very arrogant..dnt know how to change his behavior ..he needs cartoons mobile ph for every meal also not speaking cler words..pls someone help with some strategy for this

Don't give them what they are throwing tantrums for... At the same time do not punish them...
U need to divert them calmly and in more cheering way... So that they forget what they were asking
