My baby is 2 months old now he has not passed motion from 3days but he pass very stinky gas. what can I do for this?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. it is normal for the baby to have gases in colleagues no need to worry for this you can start giving gastricted drop to baby 1 ml 3 times in a day for this
