my baby is 2 months old. 1 month after getting bcg on shoulder, he got pus and swelling there, pus was coming out automatically so i wiped it and removed remaining by pressing, is it okay? or anything to worry

A. the baby is only two months of age naturally the BCG own will be discharging pus and it will be healing by its own there is no need to apply any medicine in no need to press also
