Q.
My baby is 2 months and 18 days old. she got skin rashes on her face and behind ear.. what needs to be applied on it. Also is Desonide lotion is safe for her skin rashes.

nikita bansalMom of a 4 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. check if baby has dandruff on hairs.. if yes please use shampoo and aply baby face cream on rashes.. dont use any oil on head or face.. also try to maintain room temperature 25-26

it is not a common medicine and your baby is very young so avoid using it for now
you may apply breast milk over the affected area and after half an hour clean wash it with warm water e
Keep her at well ventilated or conditioned place
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
