my baby is 2.5 she have cold if I g her medicine then it will be cure but after some days back again.in nostrils mucus how I removed it.qte me which medicine

A. the baby is less than three months of age babies baby getting frequent cold because of less immunity treat the baby with saline nasal drops and steam inhalation give ascoril flu drops 0.4 ml 3 times a day
