my baby is 2.5 months old had vaccination on Thursday.... post vaccination he got hard swelling after 3 days of vaccination.... it's so hard n swelling... He is crying so much.. I'm putting crocin for fever n pain... Hot water dipped cloth on injected part... Does it go r what?

You should do hot compress or cold compress onto that area that is going to be beneficial but you should check with your doctor as well because sometimes these lumps can take a little longer time to subside so it would be good enough that you once check with your doctor regarding this
