my baby is 1yr 7 months ols...she has got white patches on her skin ,pls help..is this vitiligo?

I would recommend you to get a check with your doctor as there could be dryness into the skin of the child but sometimes these things can be associated with skin problems as it is spreading so you need to be more sure about it after getting a check with your doctor
