my baby is 1year 4months he was nice playing suddenly yesterday he started vomiting even today after eating his meal he vomited what can be the reason I'm worried

This is an infection of the gut usually caused by a virus or bacteria, which also causes diarrhoea. The symptoms can be unpleasant but your child will usually start to feel better after a few days
