my baby is 19 months old .her weight is around 10.25..is this normal

About 1 kg your child is behind the expected weight gain which you can increase over the period with a proper diet and number of proteins that you can include right now there’s nothing for you to be worried but yes you need to be concerned about increasing it over the period
