A. Ideal weight of a 19 months old baby girl should be between 10 to 10.5 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. As baby's birth weight was low, it might take a little longer to gain. But if she is active and healthy, there is no need to be worried about it. Keep feeding fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 600-700 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
