My baby is 18days old...its a problem to drop the water on left eye?

baby's tear duct might not have fully developed yet.
You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool.

Nowadays it is totally normal if your baby is having watery eyes. But if there is a discharge from babies eyes regularly then in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it because Dr can only advise you well after examining baby. Don’t give any medication till it is not advised by Dr
