Q.

My baby is 18 months old now. He still prefers to eat liquid diet. Everything in a paste form. Even if I try to give things in a semi form, he spits it out. How to make the switch over.

A. Namaste Mom , Have you tried finger foods in between ? Give him cut fruits etc , make him sit along with you when you eat. Also avoid making a paste of the food. soft foods though can be given
