my baby is 18 month old and he is having loose motions 6 to 7 in a day and have been a rashes in a bum he is shouting when having a pee plzz dr ki me a medicine i gave him enought 30 sachet but the sachet is not effect...

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluyjate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
