my baby is 16 months. can I use conditioner for her hair as they are rough. if yes, what are the best options

A. u may use natural conditioner...as curd.. follow a good hair care routine as oil massage at regular intervals wash at least twice a wk with mild shampoo as Babyhug tear free shampoo egg mask or curd mask...
