my baby is 15 days old. she is having water filled acne (like blisters) all over the body (more in head). after 1 day there was also puz filled. what is it?what should i do?

A. as your baby is ou 15 day old, and having pus filled skin allergy.. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
