my baby is 13 months old now. can you please suggest what to feed him for better growth in height and weight

Hello ma’am After the age of one year you can feed everything to the child that you are eating along with it if you’re eating nonveg then you can introduce egg chicken and fish or even egg if you eat it is an excellent protein source so go ahead with it and height is completely genetics so height will be according to the genetics of the child but weight you can grow with a good protein diet
