Q.

my baby is 13 months old he can understand all the things but he can't speak is it any issue?

A. hello most kids will be able to speak sentences with 2 to 3 words by age 2 but can also be delayed no worries n now still kid being small try to encourage the child n give it more opportunity to speak which improves speech gradually
