Q.
My baby is 12 months and started walking.She is walking alone and often falling on her back of head on the floor due to wetness on floor.Is there anything to worry because of frequent fall on back of head?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking indeapendently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can causer recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.
