hi..my son was walking on knees and has hit his head on floor so there is a swelling in forehead ..what to do?

A. If no ear nose mouth bleeding No projectile vomiting No fit No altered sensorium No scalp bleeding, swelling Then no need to worry Just observe ur baby for atleast 48 hrs If any of above signs Then visit ur nearest pediatrician immediately cs
