I Don’t think so you need to worry about it because kids fall down like this every now and then when they start working it’s common but if you feel that there is pain or something you can give paracetamol to the child and you can rub a little bit of ice you want to the area where your child has got hurt monitor your child’s behaviour for about 48 to 72 hours if you feel anything is abnormal then consult your doctor
