My baby is 11 months old since 10-12 days he’s beem getting a lot of rash on his face specially after bath I use lukewarm water but there is a lot of rash on his face what do I do?

A. post bathing rashes..! make sure the water temperature is not hot n not cold, use mild baby soap or good to avoid soap in case. for further advice show it to paediatrician once.
