my baby is 11 months old.he passed motion twice with watery n smelly with yellow colour. he is not taking food n having only breast milk.what should I do mam

A. Hi parent keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk as well as a small spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time enterogermina probiotics drops two drops twice a day
