My baby is 11 months old but she is not walking or has any teeth.

Independent walking you are talking about or walking with support that you have not stated so let me tell you the child should learn to walk with support between 9 to 12 months independently between 12 to 17 months and the teeth can also be seen between the age of 3 to 17 months so right now there is no problem
