My baby is 10months 9days old she is getting her first upper teeth is that good or should she get her first lower teeth

A. it is OK sometimes there is a change in the eruption pattern of teeth there is nothing to worry about but please visit a dentist for routine and an examination which is mandatory by the child's first birthday
