my baby is 10 month old his upper 3 teeth are coming is it painful for him because sometimes he cries

Actually more irritating because you know there is excessive itching and irritation into the gums of your child which is why your child cries just gently massage on the gums of your child with a wet cloth and also I am going to advise you to give finger foods to the child and start with homoeopathic tablet calcareous PHOS4 tablets three times in a dayWrite Your Answer Here
